Stephen Spielberg didn't think the actors would be able to make the medical dialogue look natural, so he recruited real doctors to do the dialogue.
Jurassic Park – 1993
The famous insect trapped in amber (copal) in Jurassic Park from 1993 is actually an elephant mosquito, the only mosquito that does not suck blood and therefore could not contain any dinosaur DNA.
Now interestingly the sound the T-Rex makes shaking its prey (known as Gallimimus) is actually a dog shaking a toy.
