“My sister and I” the new film with Tatá Werneck and Ingrid Guimarães gets a release date and behind-the-scenes photos. The film's synopsis is simple but interesting: “Sisters Mirian and Mirelly were born in the interior of Goiás, but live in different cities. When their mother disappears, the two put aside their differences and come together to look for her, on a journey that could change their lives.” For those who like a drama with comedy, be prepared that with these names comes a good movie out there.
Paris Filmes revealed new photos of Ingrid Guimarães and Tatá Werneck with Arlete Salles, who lives Dona Márcia, the mother of the actresses in the comedy “My Sister and I”. In the feature, Mirian (Ingrid) and Mirelly (Tatá) fight at their mother's birthday party, who mysteriously disappears, causing a huge upheaval in the family's life. Now, the sisters will have to put their differences aside to try to find Dona Márcia.
Directed by Susana Garcia (“Minha Mãe é Uma Peça 3”), the film is a production by Paris Entretenimento in co-production with Globo Filmes, Globoplay, TV Globo and Telecine. The official premiere is scheduled for January 4, 2024 in the movie theaters, but the film will feature early screenings starting December 28. For fans of comedy and national film without a doubt it is a must-see film!
