In short, Madcap Castle is a very fun game and delivers exactly what was presented at events like the BGS. While the mage is slightly easy to command, its creative levels and soundtrack in the background make it a unique experience.
During the more than 26 hours of gameplay on Steam, I didn't notice any performance issues, like the famous frame drops. Madcap Castle continued its very consistent and optimized performance. The only bug that occurred was a crash when starting the game for the third time, something I believe will be resolved in future updates.
