Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare

The new sure attack of the PopCap in partnership with Electronic Arts (EA) dispenses with any type of match known as “campaign mode” in traditional games. However, even without this mode, it is possible to have fun during several matches and get to know better the incredible scenery present in the game.

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare is essentially a third-person shooter based game, which uses the same graphics engine as battlefield (which by the way is very good!) to give life to the sunflowers, potatoes and several other peculiar figures (characters) of the game.

Gamer users expected (in fact!) a very simplified and shallow game. However, this game surprises a lot in several important aspects for the player, which has interesting and well-constructed maps, distinct and balanced classes and a huge variety of accessories to customize the characters.

By performing small tasks in the game, it will be possible to unlock various skills. Here are some examples: the Cactus, gains several mines, the possibility of creating barriers and also a drone that can fly over the maps in an interesting way. Zumbi, for example, receives several smoke grenades and missile launchers.

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare reserves exclusively for players one of the most elaborate and interesting visual experiences of recent times (yes!). When playing it for the first time, it is impossible not to observe the impressive level of detail achieved in 3D models of various plants and zombies, which are well animated.

When it comes to scenery, the game also leaves absolutely no anything to be desired, with several highly destructible elements, with their textures of excellent quality. The look of the game with the scenery allows a magnificent contrast between the colors considered as strong and vibrant in the game, making everything definitely more alive.

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare Pros and Cons

The soundtrack is based on the songs (tracks) that accompany the first two games released for mobile platforms and for the PC. The characters present also have their own sounds and effects, which despite being quite simple, serve to add a dash of realism.

Final conclusion: Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare clearly shows a radical, fun and, very welcome change to the series. With a wide variety of strategies, maps and charisma coming from the characters of the PopCap, the game also arrives as an excellent option for fans of competitive shooting games.

My opinion

  • Functionalities
4.5

Conclusion

Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare is a great game, it has a sensational graphic (even from battlefield) and a considerably good gameplay, making fun something profitable in the game.

the game no it has the traditional and well-known “campaign mode”. However, it is not possible to miss this feature, since the new mode applied brings more fun and freedom for the player to have fun in the most appropriate way.

It is worth it? Yes, no doubt! It's worth every penny. The game currently costs R$ 69.90 in the Digital Deluxe version and R$ 49.90 in the standard edition of the game.
