Unlock Outfit 2 for each character during your World Tour adventures. Alternatively, Outfit 2 can also be purchased instantly with Fighter Coins. An online server connection is required to obtain the Outfit 2 costume.
These costumes can be unlocked for free just by playing World Tour, a new campaign mode in the game that allows players to create their characters and explore an open world. However, it is possible to buy them using Fighter Coins.
