After the announcement of Overwatch 2, one of the highlights was its unprecedented Story Mode, which ended up being postponed so that the team could focus on launching the PvP mode first.
Blizzard today revealed the game's official roadmap, showcasing the content coming over the next two seasons. In season five, which kicks off on June 13th, we have a brand new event coming to the game called Questwatch and the return of the Summer Games. There will still be other news for players.
Already in the sixth season we will have big news, which should start in August. This season will finally see the arrival of the long-awaited Story Missions, as well as a new Support Hero. Season 7 onwards will feature a new Tank hero, a new map, and reworks for Roadhog and Sombra heroes. A new collaborative event will also be held, similar to the one we had recently with One Punch Man.
