Right at the beginning of the Pandemic in 2020, Microsoft launched a new tool for tracking real-time data about the COVID-19 or coronavirus. Known as "Bing COVID-19 Tracker”, the novelty consists of a fully interactive environment that gathers important information about the disease from several trusted global organizations, such as World Health Organization and also the Center for Disease Control from United States. In addition, another very interesting feature is that integrated with the Bing search engine, the platform also brings fully updated news of the “new coronavirus” to each country in the world.
The address to access Bing COVID-19 Tracker is: https://www.bing.com/covid/
Even so, the tool also contributes greatly to the fact that Bing COVID-19 Tracker information is fully localized and translated into the languages of each country, which should certainly help in understanding the data for the general public, rather than reducing it only to a group of people who actively make this type of query.
It is also important to note that Bing COVID-19 Tracker is displayed on a global basis. However, when clicking on a specific country, the local information takes priority, displaying not only the news, but also government guidelines to be taken against the virus in case of communication from the selected country's own government.
